Manchester United Vs Liverpool Line Up Today

Liverpool Make Three Changes for Clash with Manchester United

Endo Returns from Injury

Liverpool have made three changes to their starting lineup for today's clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Wataru Endo returns to the midfield after an injury layoff, joining Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara in the engine room. Jordan Henderson drops to the bench, while Naby Keita and James Milner are also among the substitutes.

Up front, Diogo Jota replaces Roberto Firmino alongside Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane. Firmino is on the bench, along with Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez.

Liverpool will be looking to extend their unbeaten run against Manchester United to four games in all competitions. The Reds won the corresponding fixture last season 5-0, and also beat United 2-0 in the FA Cup fourth round in January.

Manchester United's Poor Record Against Liverpool

Despite today's game being a positive result for Manchester United, they have still won just one of their last 12 Premier League games against Liverpool, drawing five and losing six.

Their last victory over the Reds came in March 2018, when they won 2-1 at Old Trafford. Since then, Liverpool have dominated the fixture, winning four of the last six meetings.

Manchester United will be hoping to end their poor run against Liverpool today and move closer to the top four. However, they will need to be at their best to beat a Liverpool side who are in excellent form.
